I also asked people what they thought they could have done to improve the course for those studying it next year. Here are a few of the comments:
- More time for doing past papers (a lot of people suggested this).
- Get pupils more involved.
- More time to understand each unit.
- More practical work to help make the more work memorable.
I also asked what you think you would differently in preparation for the Prelim if you could do it again. Here are some of your responses:
- More past papers (again, that came out a lot).
- Study more hours and read the questions carefully.
- Looked over more of the notes that I was unsure of.
- Focus more on areas that I struggled in rather than general revision.
- I would have studied what was taught in class that day, at night.
- Revise more out of class, attended supported study.
- Prepare more thoroughly by practicing the command words more.
The information you gave me will certainly help when I am teaching my current S3 Intermediate class. Thanks again!
